Heaven Premium Hotel Restaurant & Airport Shuttle

Staff was extremely helpful. Hotel is new, and has 'family feel'. Convenient pick up - drop off to airport option. Besides, what I also really liked in this hotel and Turkyie in general, during my short stay were: no annoying 'carbon and waste sorting propaganda, genderism bs, climate alarmism nonsense' screaming at me from all corners. Surroundings and people are real and honest working folks, most of them ready to help. Learn some Turkish phrases before going and respect the culture and you will be respected and looked after.

Super clean and well appointed with snacks, water, and a full menu. Air conditioning worked well, good water pressure in the shower, and comfortable beds. Most importantly the family who runs the hotel is super nice and friendly. Osman helped us with our bags with a smile and offered tea.

Great location, close to the airport, great staff, really good for a night stop between your flights.

Very convenient location, just 10 minutes from Istanbul airport. Clean apartment and friendly staff. The transfer from/to airport is available on reasonable price. Also, it’s possible to print out documents if required.

I booked a discounted late-booking with free late checkout, and was lucky to get until 3pm ( usual was 2pm) due to availability, which made all the difference to my time for sleeping, as I only arrived at 7am after the night I booked for. Staff were lovely and tried to accommodate me. Several things in the buffet breakfast were handmade and delicious. Curtains were nice, not black out but good enough to sleep during the day. I would definitely stay again. Also I took a yellow taxi to the hotel TL 550 and the hotel shuttle back TL600 / approx Euro 15. The hotel shuttle of which I was the inly customer was superior to the taxi and worth the money.
